I have suffered from sleep problems for over 30 years now. Over the years, I have easily tried over 2 dozen natural products with the hopes of getting some relief. Well, guess what? They all ended up in the trash after about a week. However, not this product. I am on my third jar, and not only do I fall asleep faster, sleep more soundly, and stay asleep longer, I just discovered another benefit to this great tasting stuff: it helps abate my chronic anxiety during the day! That's right. Two weeks ago, I added a scoop to a liter of water, shook it really well, and now, not only does it make for a refreshing drink, but more importantly, helps my anxiety.
